This sauce is fantastic on pork chops or seafood, and is an amazing topper for baked potatoes. You can pour this over egg noodles and you have a tasty side dish.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dill, dried
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour. Cook on low until it just begins to brown.
- Add dill and slowly add chicken broth. Whisk together.
- Whisk in sour cream and cook on low until sauce is thickened.
