A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Saute about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

  2. This was good and very easy to make. I used 1.4 pounds of chicken tenderloins and there was enough seasoning for all. This made for a good quick weeknight meal.
     
  3. Yum, this is quick and easy, and was even quicker using chicken tenderloins that were thin-sliced from the grocery. I served atop some fresh lettuce greens, and my lunch was done faster then getting in a the car and going through a drive through. I used some "Smart Balance" in place of the butter, and it turned out perfectly. Also, just used garlic powder, and some cayenne and it browned perfectly. Thanks for posting!
