The bread that I used was called "popeye bread" from great harvest. It is a dense spinach like bread.
- 1 egg
- 1⁄8-1⁄4 fluid ounce milk (splash)
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 pieces of popeye bread
- feta cheese (optional)
- Mix eggs and milk well. Add splash of pepper and mix again.
- Dip bread into egg mixture.
- Heat frying pan on med heat-spraying with non stick spray. Cook bread until toasty!
- I sprinkle with feta cheese.
