At first I was concerned that this frosting was to thin, but after spreading and letting it sit - it hardened up perfect as a topping for my brownies. Loved the flavor the coffee gave to the chocolate and it's nice that you can pretty much control that. I made it strong flavored as we love chocolate and coffee. As you can see, our littlest angel agrees that it it ROCKS. Made for P-A-R-T-Y 09 event

  1. Mix cocoa, sugar and softened butter.
  2. Add 1/2 C. heavy cream
  3. Blend in strong, hot coffee until desired consistency is reached.
