I found this cocktail recipe in the Food & Drink Magazine that is distributed by the Ontario liquor stores. As I always have maple syrup and ice wine on hand, I will be trying this one soon. The name alone appealed to me!!!
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the bourbon, maple syrup and icewine.
- Stir and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a marachino cherry.
