"This recipe is adapted from an old battered, torn, and beloved cookbook of mine. This dish is simply delicious. While it is simple to make, I think it is elegant enough for company. My family loves this one!"

  1. Simple dish. A little bit salty. I would put 2 thick slices of swiss on top of chicken, instead of just 1. I'll bet the leftovers will taste better tomorrow when the wine flavor sinks in. The sauce at the bottom of the pan captured all the flavor.

  2. This is delicious, a bit salty though for my tastes so I'll use low sodium soup and unsalted butter when I make it again, today. My kids loved it and it's quick easy.

  3. This was pretty good although it was a little different than our usual preferences. I topped it with sliced potatoes instead of stuffing since my husband doesn't like stuffing and added mushrooms sauteed in garlic and butter. Thanks!

  4. This is a very good recipe, but I did find it to be a tad too salty. The soup is salty and so is the butter, so next time I make it, I will try low-salt one or the other. Have to admit tho', I am not much on "low" anything! I served it with basmati rice and a big ol' salad.
