ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 4 ears corn
directions
- Cook corn in water until ready.
- Melt the butter and add the Italian seasoning.
- Take the corn, put it in dish and pour the butter mixture on the corn; sprinkle with cheese.

Wonderful Flavor! I omitted the butter (save a few calories), used no fat garlic Italian dressing and freshly grated parmesa cheese, salt & Pepper. Served with a burger and small green salad, Great meal Thanks — posted May 27, 2002, Added remarks 8 Jul o4 I made this recipe, again omitting the butter but using garlic Italian & parmesan, I then put the corn under the broiler for just a minute or two to melt the cheese - wonderful thanks againsheila
