  1. I had feta, but no bleu cheese, so I made without cheese, and put feta on mine. DS enjoyed them, but next time I'll use bleu in the burgers. I used fresh ground lean turkey, and I'm glad I didn't try using the 1# rolls from the freezer section; that product is what would make them mushy and wet. I grilled on a non-stick grill pan, with great results.

  2. This was amazing. It was wet so I added bread crumbs and celery. I would make this over and over again. I think next time I will try it with oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs for a healthier version. Thanks for the recipe!

  3. Turned out wet like others have said, I added between 1/3 to 1/2 cup of oatmeal to the mixture to dry it up some, it worked well. I followed the recipe exactly other wise, and used my own wing sauce. I cooked this on the Foreman grill for fear it would fall apart on my regular grill. I basted once with the wing sauce, should have probably done it a 2nd time.

  4. Like other reviewers, I thought the meat mixture was a little wet so I added breadcrumbs. I grilled these on the George Foreman. I love the flavors in this, and I will make it again. And again.

  5. Oh YUM! I really enjoyed these a lot. I used ground chicken, and as I was in a hurry I mixed the blue cheese into the patties and they turned out fine! I also added about 1/8 c oatmeal because the mix was a bit wet. They were especially good with a little bit more sauce mixed with low cal ranch on top. Thanks so much--this recipe is definitely a keeper!
