  1. Oh wow, this is good! :) I used the Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Pieces package... and only about a 2/3 of that package (so about 3 ounces of bacon). I used a little less scallions too. I served it on those thin bagel crisps... this would be great for company! Going in my Zaar Stars book -- thanks for sharing!

  4. This was delicious. It made enough for 5 bagels. I thought the amount of bacon seemed very generous when I was mixing it in, but then thought about how many slices I'd cooked and realized I'd put in about 7 oz instead of 4 oz. Oops. I'm sure it is great with the lesser amount, too. :)
