- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 4 fluid ounces mayonnaise
- 2 fluid ounces milk
- 2 tablespoons no-salt-added ketchup
- 2 tablespoons green hamburger relish
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes
- Mash the egg with fork, stir in rest of the ingredients.
