This is a lunch box bar I made for years the other day I was looking through an storage box and this came tumbling out! I have no idea where the recipe came from after all these years.

  1. Fruit must be ground through a grinder or a food processor.
  2. Chop nuts as finely as possible this is important then add to fruit mixture with the lemon juice add Honey until the mixture holds well together.
  3. With hands form 8 bars wrap in clear wrap and foil keep in refrigerator. .
