7-UP Pork Chops

Sorry, I didn't like this. I thought maybe the 7up did something special so tried it. It was way to oniony. As for prep, it was the easiest thing to put together. The pork was not dried out either which is something I tend to have a problem with. I just didn't like the flavor.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 pork chops (1" thick)
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle 7-Up soda
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Put chops in shallow pan.
  2. Pour 7-up over chops and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
