ingredients

• 12 ounces butter
• 3 cups sugar
• 5 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 3⁄4 cup 7-Up soda
• 3 tablespoons lemon extract

directions

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Beat 20 times.
4. Add eggs 1 at a time.
5. Add flour, 7Up and extract.
6. Bake in a 12 cup bunt pan for 1-1.5 hours.
