I can't believe I forgot to review this recipe (sorry, Julesong)!! This is a fantastic taco dip--much, much better than the ones in the stores and easy to boot. I've made it a few times now, and it always disappears quickly. I use fat-free refried beans and refrigerated packaged Haas guacamole. I also use a few tablespoons of bulk taco spice from Penzey's instead of an envelope of spice. Hmmm, maybe I'll run off to the store...I'm getting hungry thinking about it!

I have made this numerous times, and it's always a hit... Sometimes I talk 1 lb. of hamburger (cooked), and add some taco seasoning and a little water to it and let it cook till the water evaporates, and use that as one of the layers... YUM!

Love this! Love this! I used everything except the black olives and used taco flavored cheese. I had leftovers warmed up in a tortilla as you suggested and it's wonderful (but very messy!).

This was so easy and turned out great! I think it has just the right combination of ingredients. I will use this recipe in the future.

YUMMMMMMMMMMMY!!! My youngest calls this the "no finger dip" as I am always telling her to keep her fingers out of it. It has all the food groups, so I worry less about what my kids are eating at family parties. great idea about using the leftovers...If I ever have any leftovers I will try your idea. LOL
