From the 6 Week Body Makeover Cookbook Turkey section. Using ground turkey makes this a more healthy meal. You need a rice cooker for this recipe or you can make patties for a non-stick skillet or countertop grill which you can cook for 3.5 minutes on each side until done.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. This will be very mushy/soft!
  2. Toss the mixture into a rice cooker and hit start. It cooks for 30 minutes and it's all done.
  3. Unplug and let set 20 minutes covered.
