From the 6 Week Body Makeover recipe book breakfast section. You must chill from 1 to 24 hours, so plan accordingly. It takes a while to make, but tastes FANTASTIC! It is very good for you as well. Using ground turkey instead of beef.

  1. Combine ground turkey with all other ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
  2. Form into patties, about 2.75 ounces for a cooked 2 ounce patty.
  3. Cook over moderate heat until cooked thoroughly, about 3 minutes per side, DO NOT OVERCOOK.
