6-Layer Mediterranean Dip

Great dip to take to picnics and potlucks. I usually serve it with tortilla chips or wheat crackers.

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup of feta, milk and basil until well-blended. Spread in bottom of 9" pie plate.
  2. Top with drained spinach, then tomato, then green onion, then black olives, then remaining feta cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.

Huge hit!!!! Served with pita chips. I actually combined spinach and tomato into 1 layer by accident but loved it that way. Will make again for sure!!!! Thank you!

A fabulous dip! Only made half of this recipe. I did nuke the spinach and squeezed it very dry thru a dish towel. I also used Kalamata olives. Enjoyed by all! Thanks for posting, Parsley. Made for ZWT 6.

This dip is So Good.. Punkyluv has made it for our Superbowl Party and a few other occasions.. We Love it.. Very Good !!! P.S. We "DID" eat the whole plate. :O "VERY GOOD" !!!
