- 59.14 ml oats
- 59.14 ml fresh ground flax seeds
- 59.14 ml sesame seeds
- 59.14 ml crushed almonds
- 29.58 ml raisins, chopped dates or 29.58 ml prunes
- 354.88 ml low-fat yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 236.59 236.59 ml blueberries or 236.59 ml raspberries
- 1 mint leaf (to garnish)
- 0.25 ml ginger
- 0.25 ml salt (optional)
directions
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Use 2 parfait glasses or your favorite see-through cups.
- Layer 2 tablespoons, each of yogurt, dry ingredients mixture, bananas and berries.
- Repeat layers until glass or cup is full.
- Garnish, with mint, add a pinch of ginger & salt.
