Quick, simple and yummy!
- 1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained)
- 1 (15 ounce) can red beans (drained)
- 1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb ground turkey breast
- Brown turkey breast in stock pan.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and heat to boiling.
- Add your preferred seasonings to taste. For example, cilantro, cumin, onion powder, etc.
- Can sizes are approximate - it wouldn't let me add the recipe by just saying a "can".
