You're absolutely right about not bringing any of this home! The only change I made was to use low-fat sour cream to try to cut down the calories a tad. Everyone loved it and lots of folks wanted the recipe. By the way, either use a particularly strong tortilla chip or go for some kind of cracker -- the more flimsy chips won't survive the dipping!

Goooood stuff! I made this for our Christmas Eve buffet and it was cleaned up in no time. I used lite sour cream and cheese, too! My guests were looking for more. Thanks FolkDiva!

I can't wait to share this with my friends! They'll love it! It went together so easily and the taste was outstanding! I may add jalapenos or black olives next time, but wanted to try the recipe as written this time! Thanks, FolkDiva, for sharing!

This was a hit with my DH and DS! They liked it so much that they pigged out on it and didn't have much room left for the main course. We'll be making this again at the request of both of them. Thanks FolkDiva. Made for ZWT5.

This is a keeper Diva; we loved it! I didn't have Rotel tomatoes but used stewed tomatoes with red pepper;it came out excellent. I cut the recipe in 1/2 for the 2 of us and served it for supper. I baked them in individuals ramequins, set them in a basket surrounded with Multigrain rounds tortillas. It was a fun meal. I added a few picture as the preparation progressed.I will add this to my Cookbook Best of Zaar. Thanks so much for posting; you made my husband VERY happy. Made this for ZWT5. Rita

This deserves 5 stars just for ease, but it happens to be delicious too! While it is spicy, it is something that everyone seems to enjoy (hot or cold). I will be making this often. Made for ZWT5 Zingo Picks by a Groovy GastroGnome.

This was a hit at our office. I used Rotel with Green Chilies with Lime and Cilantro, so my dip was not very hot; my co-workers put it in tortilla scoopers "with a hint of jalapeno", which set off the dip very nicely, and cowards used white corn tortilla chips. Personally, I would prefer more of a nacho cheese taste, sour cream is not my favorite; but my co-workers were delighted, and said it was even good cold. Made for the Bodacious Brickhouse Babes for ZWT5.

Wonderful! Really liked this dip and had no leftovers! We used hot Rotel and loved it. You are right that Rotel is key to this recipe. Made for ZWT5 Zingo-Genies of Gourmet!
