- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 ice cubes, more if desired
- Whip in blender until frothy.
- Variation: for 1 cup orange juice, substitute 1 banana or 1 cup blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, or sliced peaches.
- or substitute frozen fruit for the ice.
Yummy smoothie! I used Yoplait Light Yogurt, which is fat free: used 1/2 cup Orange Creme flavor and 1/2 cup Very Vanilla flavor.
I got a personal sized smoothie maker for Christmas and I'm trying out new recipes for it. This recipe is great. I added a little honey and a dash of cinnamon. Tastest like a Creamsicle. Thanks for sharing!
