My favorite is the butterscotch but I have done the chocolate, too and they both turn out great.

  1. Mix milk, sugar and salt in a heavy saucepan, over med-high heat.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat, and add other ingredients.
  5. Stir until marshmallows are all melted.
  6. Pour into buttered 9" square pan.
  7. Cool and cut into squares.

Great, easy and delcious! Instead of putting this fudge into a pan, I put each scoop into a muffin cup and worked very well! I didn't have to worry about cutting, and the servings were perfect! This made a great addition to our xmas tray! Thanks very much for the recipe bert!

Made this as part of a candy dish for a party. I used butterscotch chips and chopped walnuts. Very easy to make, be sure to boil a full 5 minutes. I had never made butterscotch fudge and this was oh so tasty, rich and creamy. Thanks for this winner bert.
