  • Fill the bottom of steamer with 2 inches of water.
  • Bring water to low boil.
  • Cut brussels sprouts into quarters.
  • Press garlic.
  • Steam brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Place hot brussels sprouts in bowl and top with dressing and toss.
  • You can add garlic in the final 2 minutes of steaming to mellow garlic flavor.
