- 1 lb Brussels sprout
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
- sea salt and black pepper
directions
- Fill the bottom of steamer with 2 inches of water.
- Bring water to low boil.
- Cut brussels sprouts into quarters.
- Press garlic.
- Steam brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place hot brussels sprouts in bowl and top with dressing and toss.
- You can add garlic in the final 2 minutes of steaming to mellow garlic flavor.
