Horchada without the wait, or even the blender!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups cold rice milk
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or other sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until frothy. You can also blend all ingredients in a blender until frothy. Serve immediately.
