- 1 (8 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges
- 1 (15 ounce) package beef roast
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce) package frozen peas and carrots
- 1 (12 ounce) jar gravy
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Pour 2 T of olive oil on the bottom of the skillet.
- Cook the Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges on medium-high heat for 15 minutes tossing occasionally until crispy.
- Layer the remaining ingredients in order.
- Continue cooking with skillet lid on for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
