One is soy-lemon and the other is cranberry -orange. The first one is from a community cookbook. This was posted by Fredda Robinson. This can be used on any cut of lamb and it serves as a tenderizer too. The second is from a magazine grilling section from 1995. They both only have 5 ingredients!

  1. Mix ingredients well and marinate lamb shoulder or butterflied leg of lamb for only 1 hour.
  2. Grill or broil meat to your liking.
