Will fit into almost everyone's New year resolution to eat healthier. A great way to fit in your "5 a day".
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 cup fresh orange section
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 1 cup green seedless grape (halved)
- 1 cup fresh pear (chopped)
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
