I'm updating my review of this. My original review had some very mild reservations (I thought it was bland), but the truth is that this has become a real staple in our house. I add 1/2 to 1 tsp. of salt, and that's all it took to save it from blandness. After a day or so for the flavors to meld, this is really delicious and is delightfully healthy and low-fat. It's always in my fridge now!person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. I agree with KLHquilts. It is bland. I even used extra lemon juice and zest and it was still bland. I added salt and pepper to the leftovers before I put them in the fridge. Hopefully this will improve the dish. Next time I will also double the garlic and onion.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful...
