I was pleasantly surprised how well this tasted being that it was only 1 WW point.
- 1⁄2 cup creamy mustard (I use Dijonnaise)
- 1⁄3 cup meassures-like-sugar calorie-free artificial sweetener
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider
- 1⁄4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 (7 ounce) packagesshredded cabbage
- Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well with a whisk.
- Combine pickle relish and cabbage in a bowl; pour dressing over slaw and toss gently.
- Cover and chill.
