The garlic is to die for and the wings were good. I used Ouzo instead of the Pernod. After they baked for 1 hour I put them under the broiler for 4 minutes which was perfect. I think these would have more flavor if you marinated them for a few hours. Made for *Twelve days of Christmas recipe swap 2008* game from the *Aus NZ Cooking Forum* This was a *pressie* recipe

I would like to review this recipe again, with the new revisions of the oil, it is wonderful, if there is any left, it also is good chilled, the flavors are great!!
