  • Crust

  • 236.59 ml flour
  • 236.59 ml quick oats
  • 59.14 ml firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2.46 ml baking soda
  • 1.23 ml salt
  • 177.44 ml butter, melted
  • Topping

  • 236.59 ml milk chocolate chips or 236.59 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 118.29 ml chopped pecans
  • 340.19 g jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 44.37 ml flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients, blending well and forming crumbs.
  3. Place 1/2 crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans.
  6. Pour caramel mix over top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Chill 1-2 hours, then cut into bars.
