Light brown sugar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and garlic powder.
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until warm and well blended.
- Serve with roasted lamb.
A very interesting combination of flaors that complemented the lamb very nicely.
