  1. Cook ground beef or sausage with onion, garlic, jalapeno (optional) and salt.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add can of sauce and mix.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and Roman cheese-- Let mixture simmer on low heat.
  5. Stir often.
  6. Top sauce with 3 pieces of American cheese and mix in as they start to melt.
