We had this for dinner last night. It was not only fast but very good.
- 1 tablespoon fat
- 3⁄4 lb ground beef
- 2 small onions, diced
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 5 -6 ounces noodles, drained and hot
- 2 cups tomatoes, cooked
- 3⁄4 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Cook ground meat in hot fat until browned.
- Add onions and celery; cook 10 minutes.
- Gently mix in remaining ingredients.Simmer for 30 minutes.
