  1. YUMMY,YUMMY, in my TUMMY :)

  2. Really good flavor. I added 1/2 cup chopped onions and only used 1 cup of tomato sauce as I only had an 8 oz can. I feel like a cup and a half of sauce would have made it to runny. I also let mine cook 20 minutes, added the sauce and then another 20 minutes.

  3. Fun simple family meal. Meatloaves are tender, full of flavor and great garlicky sauce. Yum.

  4. These little meatloaves were absolutely fabulous. I can't remember having tastier meatloaf. I added a splash of worcestershire to the sauce mixture. That teaspoon of garlic powder provides some "pow!" and the bit of brown sugar is perfect. I baked the meatloaves for about 40 minutes. I served these with mac and cheese and sauteed spinach for a dinner that made everyone very, very happy!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
