Quick and great flavor. Please rate this after you make it. I would like to know what you think. (good or bad)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1 can mild chili with beans (any brand)
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- In a large sauce pan mix ground beef, tomatoes and green chilies, can of chili, black beans, red kidney beans.
- Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Very good meal! I cut it down to one can of each bean since, as mentioned before, that's alot of beans. :) I served this over macaroni noodles with sour cream and cheese on top and it was fantastic. Side note: I wasn't sure if the beans should have been drained or not, but I did, and am glad I did as the chili was a bit 'soupy' even after doing so.
I made this today and DH loved it! He dipped Fritos in it and ate it. Great football watching fare! It was easy and tasted great! I used Hormel chili without beans since I felt it had enough beans, and put grated cheddar on the top,but otherwise wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing!
