- 1⁄4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves, fresh minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, fresh minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 chicken drumsticks, skinless
- Prepare grill for med. fire.
- In small bowl, combine orange marmalade, thyme, salt, oil, and pepper. Brush 1 tsp glaze on each drumstick.
- Grill drumsticks, brushing with remaining glaze until cooked through.
- 4 Points plus per drumstick.
