I love this creamy, spicy, sausage dip! It is as easy as 1, 2, 3!! I have made this dip with spicy sausage, and spicy Rotel, and Whoa! Does it ever have a kick! Enjoy!
- Combine all ingredients.
- Microwave until heated through.
- Or combine in crock pot to keep warm!

Super tasty. I cut the recipe in half, because it is just the two of us. Instead of doing 1-1/2 of the cream cheese I just did 2. Wondering if the 3 cream cheese:2 Rotels would be to liquidy? Will have to try the full recipe sometime in the future and report back. Flavor was great, just the way I made it. I used original diced rotel, medium spice sausage and reduced fat cream cheese. Very simple to put together. We ate it with tortilla chips, but a friend used fried pork rinds to dip because she eats low carb and she loved it. Made for PAC Fall 2011.
