This recipe is so good and easy, even on weekday nights after work.
I usually make chicken parmesan without bread crumbs but I was just making this for hubby so I thought I would try this recipe as I wanted something quick. I followed the recipe as written other then I forgot to add the parsley. Hubby enjoyed it but I did have to cook mine 10 minutes longer then the recipe called for.
I don't like chicken breast where I have to pound it flat. I have done that in the past. I just used chicken breast strips instead. Easier for children to eat without having to cut the chicken. Took a little longer than 20 mins, but it took about half of the time if it was being baked from a frozen pre-made brand.
Daughter and son loves it. It smells so good. We are eating it right now.
Awesome and easy. It's a favorite of my husband and toddler.

This recipe is one of our favorites! We use Trader Joe's Vodka Marinara sauce with this and it is superb.
