- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons Splenda granular (or other artificial sweetener)
- 1 cup boiling water (or milk for a better taste, if you're not concerned about the additional calories)
- Put cocoa and artificial sweetener into a mug.
- Pour in boiling water (or milk; or even 1/2 milk, 1/2 water).
- Enjoy guilt-free!
