  2. I made up a smoothie today for my sister and this was more or less what I made. Mine had slightly less milk and didn't have almond extract. I thought it tasted great, but my sister wouldn't drink it after she learned it had cottage cheese in it (which you could _not_ taste). I didn't add any sweetener.
     
  3. I modified this slightly I used pears instead of peaches & don't care for almond extract so used coconut instead about 1/2 tsp each, no sugar as it was sweet enough, made for my toddler DD who devoured this, a great way to get an extra serve of dairy, what a great idea!
     
  4. These were nice, but I don't think I like the taste of cottag cheese andalmond extract. I used two packets of Splenda sugar substitute.

Tweaks
