- 2 lbs round steaks
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 cup boiling water
directions
- Cut meat in 2" squares.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Pound the flour mixture into the pieces of meat meat tenderizer tool.
- Brown onion and meat in oil.
- Add bell pepper tomatoes and water.
- cover and slow cook til meat is tender.
- optional use a little more flour or corn starch to thicken to desired consistency.
