Well dear AuntSana beat me in reviewing this wonderfully tasty cake, but then I do love mincemeat & around here it's never a left-over, but rather a staple since I buy enough during the winter holidays to last me throughout the year (now that I've pretty much stopped making my own)! This is the kind of cake that one can/should enjoy any time of year! Thanks so much for posting this great recipe keeper!   1. Cream sugar, eggs, and oil. Add milk alternately with flour which has been mixed with soda and salt. Add syrup, pecans and mincemeat. Bake in bundt pan at 350 degrees for about an 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
