This is very good and quick and easy. Not sure where I got this recipe.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked drained
- In large saucepan, stir together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine, and milk over low heat until smooth.
- Add fettucine after already cooked and drained; toss lightly.
I thought this was a good basic recipe. I added minced garlic and white pepper to mine.
This was quick and easy. I added mushrooms, garlic and basil and served it over oven roasted pan seared chicken.
This was great!!! I added some shredded Boars Head Virginia Ham and that made it really special. Thanks for sharing!
