15 Minute (says it all) oh and it taste good too....
- 1 tablespoon oil
- boneless chicken breast
- condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen & thawed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook chicken in oil until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add soup and water to skillet and bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice and broccoli.
- Top with chicken and cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.
