This recipe was on the back of a box of Minute Rice.
- 2 cups rice, prepared
- 1 lb beef flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups stir fry vegetables, thawed
- 3⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce
- Cook and stir steak in hot oil in nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce; Cover.
- Simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, serve over rice.
