      We loved this, it packed a lot of flavor. In fact, DH wants to use this treatment on his freshly caught rockfish, which can also stand up to the capers. We have fish often, and this is a welcome change from our usual delicious Mrs. Dash Garlic 'n' Herb and Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning with a smothering of butter to keep the fish moist. The fresh herbs make a huge difference, and we are worth it! Made for The Wild Bunch for ZWT8's visit in Britain.

      I used chicken stock. It was a great way to use my fresh herbs. It's easy to do. The taste is good and light but we felt like it needed more seasoning. Thanks Leslie :) Made for ZWT8 for Diners, Winers and Chives

      Light and easy! I used tilapia because halibut was way too expensive at the store today. Thanks for sharing! Prepared for ZWT4.

      Exceptional and easy. I added heavy cream to the pan juices and then reduced them. Yummy cream sauce!!! VERY easy to make.

      This is really nice (and beautifully easy -- it's almost a crime!). However, it's very subtle; don't serve it with anything heavy or all the flavours will be lost -- just plain spaghetti worked well for me; rice would be good, or perhaps a little risotto.
