Crunchy and irresistable. Use a good quality chicken for the best results. Great as a sandwich spread with lettuce or as a topping for crackers.
- 1 (13 ounce) can chicken breasts, drained (Member's Mark-Sam's Club)
- 3⁄4 cup celery, diced
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons diced pimentos
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced dried
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
