ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄4 cups buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup canola oil
- 1 1⁄4 cups dried blueberries
directions
- Mix first 6 ingredients together plus the blueberries. Wisk together rest of ingredients in a seperate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into greased mini muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20mins. They are done when a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
