    Got the basis of this recipe from 100% Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins and then tweaked it to my liking. They turned out fantastic and just the right amount of sweetness but still a healthier option.

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Mix first 6 ingredients together plus the blueberries. Wisk together rest of ingredients in a seperate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into greased mini muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20mins. They are done when a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
